He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Jane Harvey; his children, Joseph Harvey, James Harvey, Gloria Scott and Stacie O'Mann; his stepchildren, Patricia Louk, Richard Watson, Jack Watson and Robert Watson Jr.; and his siblings, Betty Krivosh, James Harvey and Judy Harvey-Sanderlin. He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
