She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia and Frank Nemser; and her son Yoni. She is survived by: her brother Arlen; her significant other Ernest Sokal; her children, Yonaton and Ernie; her friend Al Tyler; and her children, Dina, David, Eli and Joseph. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and her 13 great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). A burial was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery (318 Berrymans Ln, Reisterstown, MD 21136).

Together, they gave their hearts to their children until she lost Ernie to Parkinson's in 2017.
