He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Ann Shirk; his children, Edward Horn of Columbia, MD, Leona Obstler of Everett, WA, Mindi Lewis-Lacomare (John) of Zellwood, FL, Joanne Knox of Reisterstown, MD, Brian Horn (Terri) of Perryville, MD and Wendy Obstler (Andre Carriere) of Los Angeles, CA; and his grandchildren, Eric Lewis (Minda), Brandon Lewis (Nicole), Stephanie Demski (Jason), Elizabeth Bryant (Justin), Justin Lacomare, Savannah Bohart (Eric Cook), Tyler Knox and Henri Carriere. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
