We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 91, Norma Lois Foltz (Pocomoke City, Maryland), born in Newport, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elton M. Manuel and Abby A. Manuel (Allan); her aunt Sara E. Allen (Harold); her uncle Edwin Allan (Florence); her brother Allan Whyte Manuel (Norma); and her sister-in-law Aileen Watson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Karen G. Foltz Martz (Samuel Jr.) of Felton and Terri L. Mares (Louis "Pepe") of Ocate; her grandchildren, Jerold A. Worth (Jay) of Princess Anne, Neil L. Worth (Candice) of Villa Rica, Georgia., Bonnie W. Ambellan (Terry), Tracy L. Alcon (Wayne) and Adora C. Padilla (Ramon "Ponch"); her great grandchildren, Gerald (Jerry), Tyler, Isabella, Ava, Vivienne, Andrew (A. J.), Hannah, Hunter, Lincoln, Aspen, Adria, Harper and Summer; and her daughter Shirley A. Dryden Freeman of North Carolina.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Salem United Methodist Church (500 2nd St, Pocomoke City, MD 21851). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pittscreek Presbyterian Cemetery (210 Market St, Pocomoke City, MD 21851).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Salem United Methodist Church, 500 2nd St., Pocomoke City, MD 21851.
