He is survived by: his children, Norman Matthews, Jr. (Lisa) of Princess Anne, Lionel Matthews of Westover, Maryland and Renee'Waters of Salisbury Maryland; his grandchildren, Devrey Matthews (Paris), Norrie Matthews and Tatyana Waters; his great grandchildren, Dallas, Brooklyn Matthews and Ailani Tunnell; his brother James Matthews, Sr. (Sylvia) of Pocomoke, Maryland; and his sisters-in-law, Mabel Matthews of Pocomoke, MD and Linda Matthews of Pocomoke, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
