With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Edward Rossiter Jr. of Port Deposit, Maryland, born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles E. Sr. Rossiter and Ethel S. MacKenzie Rossiter; and his siblings, Betty McIlhenny and Ward Rossiter. He is survived by : his children, Sandra Girouard of Birmingham, AL, Matthew Rossiter of Port Deposit, MD, Joann Rossiter of Azle, TX, Lori Kinkead of Radcliff, KY, Joseph Green of Radcliff, KY and Karen Green of Christiana, DE. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
