He is survived by : his brothers, David Howell (Cindy) of Port Deposit and Tyre Glenn Howell, III (Stella) of Bear, DE; and his nieces and nephews, Tyre Glenn Howell, IV, Matthew Howell, Kenneth Howell, Christopher Howell, Melissa Howell and Wendy Gugliuzza.
