He was predeceased by : his parents, Alice Cratty and Benjamin Cratty Sr.; and his siblings, Barbara, Joe, Jack and Charles (Buddy).

He is survived by : his children, Catherine Verbeten, Thomas (Martha), Cynthia (Joseph), Christine (Douglas), Stephen (Lisa Wood), Kenneth (Deanna) and Timothy (Janet); and his sister Betty Pollitte. He is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and long time friends.
