We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2019, at the age of 75, Joseph E. Prowinski (Port Republic, Maryland), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Malcolm John Prowinski and Dotha Sally Prowinski (Stephens). He is survived by : his wife Toni D. Prowinski; his children, Jason Prowinski (Jolie) and Jennifer Bruno (Louie) of Calvert County, MD; and his siblings, John Prowinski of California, MD. and Joan Patton-Caraleri of California, MD.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
