He was predeceased by: his parents, B. B. Kemp and Ellen Kemp of Welcome. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kemp; his daughter Katelin Brower (Kemp); his grandchildren, Luke, Carmella, Marcella Brower, Caleb and Sophia Yeckley; and his brother Benjamin Bowling.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Raymond Funeral Service (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646). A burial was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church Cemetery (8855 Chapel Point Rd, Port Tobacco, MD 20677).
