She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Korek and Anna Huhn; her husband Kenneth Eugene Hughes; and her son Eugene Anthony Hughes. She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Spindler and Anton Korek (Maria Korek); her nephew Steffen Spindler; her niece Nadine Korek; her daughter Manina Juliette Hughes (John Jacob); and her grandchildren, Corey Eugene Hughes and Fiona Esmé Hyland.
