He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Katherine Warga and Aubry C. Belcher; his spouse Jean W. Belcher; his sons, Bill Belchere (Patty) and Bob Belcher; his grandchildren, Katherine (Dan), Kelly (Ben), Christina (Alex), Neil and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Lula-Rose, Justin and Chloe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Rockville (300 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD 20850). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
