He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Joseph Sr. and Martha Beaulieu. He is survived by: his sons, Gerard J. (Dani Beaulieu III), Matthew H. (Diane Beaulieu), Michael T. (Michele Beaulieu) and David B. (Jennifer Beaulieu); his grandchildren, Gerard T., Luke, Chris, Chloe, Jessica, Elizabeth, Katherine and Caroline; his wife Sandra of Yarmouth, MA; and his sister-in-law Abbie Czelusniak (Robert) of Northampton, MA.
