She was predeceased by: her husband Guy W Chamberlin, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carol A Renshaw, Nancy J Chamberlin and Robert A Chamberlin; her grandchildren, Kelly Renshaw, David Renshaw and Wesley Jenkins; and her great grandchild Willow Jenkins.
