Jean Ann Fling Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ann Fling of Potomac, Maryland, born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Boswell and Helen Boswell of Buffalo Mills, PA.. She is survived by: her husband James H. Fling; her daughters, Janet Fling Smith of Gaithersburg, MD and Judy Fling (Blinkhorn) of Dickerson, MD.; her grandchildren, Michael Smith and Jennifer Smith; her great grandchildren, Rudy Smith and Kristiana Smith; and her uncle Thomas Heeter (Erma) of Vergennes, Vermont.. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, Jean is survived by two brothers.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Village of Rockville (A National Lutheran Home) for the loving care they provided Jean during the pandemic and in her final days.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
