She was predeceased by: her parents, Adele Angle (Reed) and William Angle of Westernport; her husband Daniel Devlin; and her siblings, William Angle, Bobby Angle and Charlotte Downey.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Devlin Dixon; her grandchildren, Amber Stevenson, Keyser and Kevin "Jake" Stevenson (Dawn); and her great grandchildren, Hailey Wade (Danny), Columbia, MD, McKenna, Jake Bonner, Keyser, Dylan and Dakotah Stevenson.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Private services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Windy Pines Animal Rescue Inc, 12803 Vale Summit Road, SW Frostburg Md 21532-3523 in Jeans name.
