With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lura Alban Serrano (Potomac, Maryland), who passed away on October 14, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Benita "Benny" Querubin and Bernardo "Eddie" Serrano, Sr. (Leny). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Cesar of Mesa Madarang; her son Dr. Alvin Madarang (Marilyn); her grandchildren, Kristina (Hoot) and Allen; her daughter Arlene Davis (Jeff); her grandchildren, Maria Elena "Mimi", Troy and Matthew; her son Cesar Madarang, Jr. (Beth); her grandchildren, Joshua and Hannah; her son John Serrano; and her siblings, Julia "Ros" Cuevo, Bartolome "Tomy" A. Serrano, Jr. (Erlinda) and Salvadore "Lito" Serrano. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
