He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Tardy Johnson, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Catherine, Russell, Samantha, Shaun and Benjamin; his stepchildren, Michael, James and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Scott, Carter, Tommy, Taylor, Alexandra, Dylan, Maddie, Delaney, Elby, Oli, Matty and Felicia; his great grandchildren, Arti and Shiloh; and his wife Megan Johnson (Eckard).

Memorial donations may be made to SOME [So Others Might Eat] or the Wounded Warrior Project.
