It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Del Carmen-Wiggins of Potomac, Maryland, born in Coronado, California, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberto Carmen and Amelia Del Carmen. She is survived by: her children, Daniel, Elizabeth Wiggins and Stephen Wiggins.
