Carr and Elsie Ravenscroft Carr; his wife Ursula Gwendolyn Figallo; his former wives, Laura Carr (Tiny) and Roxanne Carr; his sons, William E. Carr Jr., David Carr and Richard Carr; his grandsons, Joshua Carr and Benjamin Carr; and his brothers, Samuel, John and Wayne Carr. He was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
