She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pawlowsky and Carmen Pawlowsky (William F. Worm); and her daughter Vera Belinda Worm. She is survived by: her husband William F. Worm; her friends, Linda, Becky, Janice, Gail and John; her daughter Shelly Kapitan (Larry) of Preston; her sisters-in-law, Doris Worm and Ruth Worm (Trice); and also, Louise, Marge, Betty and Doris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, close friends and her two cherished cats.
In consideration of others in our community, masking and social distancing is appreciated indoors.
