He is survived by: his wife Patty Bowen; his children, Margaret Dyar of Huntingtown, MD, Nancy Skinner of Stevensville, MD and Raymond Bowen of Lansing, MI.; and his granddaughters, Sandra Callow, Loretta Czarnomski and Bridgett Bowen. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
