He is survived by: his brother Nelson; his wife Betty Lee Liddle; his children, Yvonne Johnson and David H.; his daughter-in-law Virginia Liddle; his grandchildren, Alison Apel, Lauren Liddle and David Liddle, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jordan and Jaxon Hunt; his brother Larry Thomas Liddle of Galax, VA.; and his friends, Trotter, Brown, Garvin and Luke.
