It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Elwood Bowen (Prince Frederick, Maryland), who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Lee and Ethel Hall Bowen; his wife Margaret Ann Bowen; and his son David Lee Bowen. He is survived by: his children, Mark Bowen (Pamela McGovern) of Chester, MD and Barbara Bowen of Prince Frederick; and his grandchildren, Emily Bowen (Tanner), David Bowen and Anna Bowen.
