It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell William Toole (Prince Frederick, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emlin Robert and Lou Victoria Toole (Elrod); and his wife Hazel E. Toole (Latimer). He is survived by: his daughters, Joy Sadler (Charles), Joan Hackett (Ray) and Janet Lauzon (Brian); and his brothers, Thomas and John Toole. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
