It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Guy Bowen of Prince Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Ellis Bowen, Sr. and Ruth Bowen (Asbury); and his former wife Darlene Bowen (Mazure). He is survived by: his wife Bette; and his brother James E. Bowen, Jr. (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.

In his memory, Sam has requested that donations be given to Fido's for Freedom and the Shriners Hospital for Children.
