He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellwood Moore, Sr. and Rosalie Moore; and his brother Rev. Archie Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cordell Toxey-Moore; his daughter Amber Elizabeth Moore; and his brothers, Robert Moore of Pottsville, PA, David Sydnor of Miami and Thomas Stearns of Concord, NC. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
