She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas F. Hess, Sr.; and her parents, Minnie Zaslovsky and Harry Zaslovsky. She is survived by: her children, David Hess (Mary), Sandra Hess and Harvey Hess (Lana); her stepson Thomas F. Hess, Jr. (Jean); her grandchildren, Mindy Carlin (Mike), Kime Smith (Patrick), Michael Hess (Robert), Debra Erickson (Earl) and Thomas F. Hess III; her great grandchildren, TJ, Emily, Andie, Gracie, Danny, Ashlee (Greg) and Bradley (Tina); and her great great grandchildren, Olivia, Brinlee, Bradley and Elliott.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Washington, D.C., or to Kappa Guild, Inc., 4327 Crestheight Road, Baltimore, MD 21215.
