He was predeceased by: his son James "Jimmy"; and his parents, Darwin "Lloyd" and Arria. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mockler; his children, Patricia, Joseph and Jeffrey; his brother Lloyd; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce and Bob Nightingale. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
