He is survived by: his parents, Susan Marchak (Sann) and Stephen Joseph Marchak, Sr. of Woodstock; his fiancée Debbie Cook of Manchester; his son Stephen Joseph Marchak III of Westminster; his sister Melissa Marchak; his niece Elyse Marchak of Woodstock; and his grandmother Phyllis June Malinowski. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
