Horter, Jr. and Elizabeth Horter (Herman); his sisters, Helen McCormick (late Charles), Carol Burke (late John) and Marilyn Caffarella (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Erin Elizabeth, Frankie Edward Horter, Kylie Drew, Tyler David Horter and Weston Russell Brown.
