He was predeceased by : his wife Nina Baker; his parents, Donald Baker and Annabell Baker; and his siblings, Bill Baker and Lamb.

He is survived by : his sons, Ricky Baker and Gary Baker (Lisa); and his siblings, Eleanora Briggs and Frankie Baker. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
