She was predeceased by : her husband William E. O'Grady; her parents, Mary E. Spangler and Thomas D. Spangler; and her siblings, Thomas Spangler, Diane Belcher and Nicholas Spangler.

She is survived by : her children, Keith M. O'Grady (Priscilla), Patrick T. O'Grady (Jody) and Kelly Sufczinski; her grandchildren, Brienna, Cameron, Alyssa, Connor, Curran and Belicia; and her great grandchild Adria.
