It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Holbrook (Rising Sun, Maryland), born in Conestoga, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brothers, Gerald Thomas and Dean Thomas. She is survived by : her daughter Diane Holbrook of Ashburn, VA; her granddaughters, Arianne Gharavi of Ashburn, Anya Gharavi of Ashburn and Adeline Bradford of Ashburn; her sister Wanda Andrews of Perryville, MD; her sister-in-law Shirley Thomas of Port Deposit, MD; and her former life partner Donald Holbrook of Rising Sun, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
