It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Eloise Whittaker (Rising Sun, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband George; her children, Jim Whittaker (Lisa) of Rapid City, SD, Patsy West of Dundalk, MD and Laura Whittaker of Rising Sun, MD.; her grandchildren, Paul, Brett West (Candice), Jim Whittaker Jr. (Stefanie), Jessica Buchanan (Forney) and Kacey Jones (Lee); and her great grandchildren, Finn, Cora, Lucas, Hudson, Hayden and Annabelle (Rosey).
