He was predeceased by: his father John E. Vaughan, Sr.; and his sister Judy Kidd. He is survived by: his mother Donna Vaughan of Rising Sun, MD; his siblings, Sue Vaughan of Richmond, VA, Tom Vaughan (Gerry) of Rising Sun, MD and Joyce Ragan of Port Deposit, MD; his brother-in-law Steve Kidd of Beaverdam, VA; and his siblings, Brenda Goodman (Kenny) of Conowingo, MD, David Vaughan (Naomi) of Conowingo, MD and Anita Hennemuth (Will) of Rising Sun, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
