She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve D. Wojtowicz and William Sulowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie E. Velez and Cristina E. Velez; her granddaughters, Zara, Maya and Leela; and her siblings, William Sulowski (Panee), Mary Lynn Champion (Gary), Christine Witt (David), Tim Sulowski, Tom Sulowski (Amy) and Jean Masterson.
