He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Hickman and June L. Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Cathy L. Hickman; his children, Karah Richard, Trina Griles (David) and Trevor Hickman; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Alex, Krista, Ty Richard, Leah and David "Sam" Griles; and his siblings, Elaine Hickman and Kevin Hickman. He is also survived by several brothers- and sisters-in-law, extended family, colleagues, neighbors, and friends.
