He was predeceased by: his parents, Misael Llanos and Zoila Badani of Llanos; and his siblings, Jorge Guzman, Ulda Guzman of Iturralde, Marina Llanos of Paz Soldan, Reynaldo Llanos, Teresa Llanos and Fernando Llanos.
He is survived by: his spouse Alcira Llanos; his children, Susan J. Llanos and Alejandro Llanos; his son-in-law Troy A. Castro; his grandchildren, Estevan, Olivia and Emanuel Castro; his siblings, Carlos Llanos, Vale and Maria Luisa Llanos of Castellon; his sister-in-law Maria Leonor Paredes (German Maldonado) of Maldonado; and his siblings' children, Wendy Maldonado and Luis Maldonado.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
