It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Rubin (Rockville, Maryland), who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julia Lee Rubin; his children, Steven Rubin (Jennifer), Robert Rubin (Mary Ann), Gary Rubin (Megan), Marion Clarke and Michael Rubin; his grandchildren, Matthew Rubin, Lindsey Mead (Robert), Kyle Rubin, Casey Rubin, Corey Rubin, Adrienne Rubin, Hannah Rubin, Beth Sugerman and Chip Clarke; and his great grandchildren, Derek Rubin, Lilly Mead and Johnny Rubin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation or JSSA.
