He was predeceased by: his sibling Warren Foreman (Carol). He is survived by: his spouse Vicki Lynn Foreman; his children, Marcus A. Foreman (Ruth), Melissa L. O'Donnell and Dear; his sibling Sandra Carey (Michael); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kyleigh and Kellie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
