She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Thomas; her daughter Margaret C. Kozlowski (Frank); her grandsons, Brian T. Kozlowski (Nancy) and Keith A. Kozlowski (Valerie); and her great grandchildren, Meghan B., Jacob B., Kaitlyn A. and Karissa R. Kozlowski.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Prince of Peace Church.
