It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joella Franz-Kellner (Rosedale, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George S. Kellner; her children, Lori (Paul Oross) and Dennis (Tiffany Blume); her grandchildren, Christopher Oross, Zack Paugh, Emma, Jacob, Peyton, Eli and Lucas Blume; her stepgrandchildren, Lacey (Alex Wancowicz), James (Nicole Chanoski), Jonathan Chanoski and Laura Chanoski; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Uma, Blake, Isabella Wancowicz, Nathan, Liam Chanoski, Anthony Raimondo, Lucas, Caleb, Hayden and Declan Chanoski; her siblings, Charles Franz and Judith Swingler; her brother-in-law Robert Swingler; her nephews, David, Joe, Tim Marzola, Charles, Michael Franz and Bob Kellner; her close friends, Linda Blume, Raymond Chamberlain, Dawn Ensor-Holbrook and Renee Murphy; and her parents, Charles Franz and Theresa Franz. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Joella's love of animals to BARCS Animal Shelter (or any animal shelter), and the American Cancer Society.
