She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schmincke and Louise Schmincke; and her sister Carolyn Amos. She is survived by: her husband James Thiess; her children, Debbie Kresment (Todd), Lynn Hewitt (Ross), Kathy McCourry (Brian) and Kay Harmon (Tom); and her siblings, Henry Schmincke Jr. and Kay Doyle. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
