Middleton; her children, Susan Calafiore and Stephen Middleton; her stepchildren, Carlene Anderson and Mark Middleton; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer Middleton, Cody, Brady, Jeremy Calafiore, Taylor, Mackenzie Anderson and Holly Middleton; and her great grandchild Stephen Middleton.
