It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia L. Starr (Rosedale, Maryland), born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on December 23, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raul Jackson and Minnie Jackson (Abrams); her siblings, Harold Jackson and Retta McWilliams; her former husbands, Gaylord Rolfe and Richard Sekinger; and her husband Gilbert Starr.
She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Rolfe (Judy) of Rosedale, MD, Genevieve "Penny" Williams of North East, MD and Gail Charles of York, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
