He is survived by: his spouse Susan Anne McGowan; his children, Peggy Hayes (James), Sharon Weed and Frederick Radtke (Tammy); his siblings, Katherine Guethler, Betty Bienert and Gordon McGowan; and his grandchildren, Dawn, Michael, David, Frederick Jr., Tabatha and Samantha.
