She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood Carr and Annie S. Carr; her siblings, Alice Wessells, Jean Bailey and Martin Carr; and her grandson Tyri Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Awosika (Valentine) of Fairfax, VA and Odena Foreman (Jeffrey) of Salisbury, MD.; and her siblings, Barbara Jones of Salisbury, Margaret Waters (Joseph) of San Antonio and Linwood Carr, Jr. of Salisbury. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
