He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Elsey and Margie Mitchell Elsey. He is survived by: his wife Christine Elsey; his daughter Chasity Marie Iler (Damon); his brother Gary Elsey; and his grandchild Madison Marie Iler. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
