He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Cruse and Grace Cruse. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mary Cruse of Delmar, Maryland; his sons, Randy Cruse of Portland and Kevin Cruse of Delmar, Maryland; his brother Paul Cruse; his stepmother Beverly Bass; his siblings, Gwen Cruse of Georgia, Tony Cruse of Louisiana, Melody Harriman of Maryland and David Harriman of Virginia; his mother-in-law Lillian Payne of Maryland; and his brother-in-law Ken Payne (Tammy) of Maryland.
